Simone Biles is living her best life, according to a new slideshow that she shared to Instagram.
The 25-year-old gymnast was captured hanging out in a pool while rocking a Maddox one-piece swimsuit from Riot Swim in a lilac color, along with a pair of white shades. The first snap sees Biles reaching toward the camera in a close-up, while the second pic sees her facing away and smiling at something off camera. In her caption, she said, “Happy gal,” along with emojis of a pink flower, purple heart and sparkles.
We can assume that the gymnast’s fiancé, Jonathan Owens, took the set of photos, since Biles tagged him on her second photo (in a cheeky spot, we might add).
It appears that the two have embarked on another romantic trip, given other recent photos Biles has shared. Prior to her poolside photos, the Olympic gold medalist posted a super intimate snap, where Owens is seen holding her up in his arms and she presses her face against his, as if they’re about to kiss. If we had to guess, we would assume that the two are scoping out places for their future wedding, given a caption Biles made earlier last week, where she said, “Future mrs. owens planning all things wedding.”
The couple first announced their engagement back in February, when Biles shared a slideshow of pics that were taken at the gazebo where Owens popped the question. “THE EASIEST YES,” the gymnast wrote. “I can’t wait to spend forever & ever with you, you’re everything I dreamed of and more! let’s get married FIANCÉ.”
